My complaint:
We called into cheap as chips today and was disgusted and really disappointed at the terrible standard of the store. Pallets full of stock in the isles, rubbish and filth over the floor that had not been cleaned up. It was like walking into third world standards. cheap as cheap was one of our favourite store to shop. Not anymore. It has become a health and safety hazard to customers, the store is filthy and unkempt. Pallets of stock left untouched blocking isles. No thought to customer safety. And your prices are no longer cheap.please lift your standard or get out of the retail industry. We will not be going back
Suggested solution:
Clean up your act. We should have higher standards in Australia. Customers should be able to walk in the store that is clean and tidy, with prices in front of the stock so we know what we are paying. Get more staff in to get the stock put away. The store needs cleaners in to clean the dirty floors. Retailers have become so lazy with an take it or leave it attitude
