My complaint:
I have a Centrylink easement in my backyard. I saw someone working on it. I asked the man what was going on? This man tells me I have my Centrylink shirt on and I am on an easement, therefore I do not need to tell you anything. Then he tells me that he does not need this harrassment that he is working on the line and he is very hot. He raised his voice and was hostile. Great way to represent Centrylink. After this encounter I tried to reach Centrylink to make a complaint. I called several numbers since I am not a customer and I do not want to be I was unable to reach anyone.
Suggested solution:
I think this person was very unprofessional and angry. I still do not know why. Maybe Centrylink should teach there employees to be curtious and inform people that they are working on there backyard.
