My complaint:
We have a no longer used telephone pole on our property. It is leaning, splintered and full of termites. I have been trying to get CenturyLink to remove it since January. I have had 7 different ticket numbers opened and wait all day for them to show up. They never do. Sometimes I even get a robo call saying they are in their way, have arrived and have completed the work. All of this is untrue.
Suggested solution:
They need to remove the pole before it falls on my house or the termites leave it and start chewing on my newly remodeled home!
