My complaint:
Technician came out to the house to disconnect gas 6 days ago! We paid bill while he was here and Centerpoint claims someone has been out to attempt re-connection, which is a bold face LIE. We work from home, have been home, not left our home and yet here we are 6 days without service. Technician did not ring doorbell nor knock on door, but it’s funny how when they came to disconnect service, they found their way to our backyard. This company does not care about their customers and the people they hire to try resolving problems are incompetent and laughable.
Suggested solution:
Refund for bill we paid for service to be reconnected. We paid for a service and did not receive it. Refund us, not credit, refund for the bill we paid to be reconnected that included atrocious fees.
