My complaint:
I called and emailed catholic charities for rental assistance.. I expressed how I felt that an employee told me they only help between 8am-8:15am and I told them that’s bull crap.. and I felt racially discriminated against.. and the director of catholic charities finally answered the phone and was mad that I said I felt racially discriminated against and told me I can’t get help and never will get help.. and she is reporting it to the police.. I feel she is retaliating against me for saying I felt racially discriminated against.. she tells me how can you fell that way over the phone.. and then hung up in my face..
Suggested solution:
Report the director and be able to get help from them
