My complaint:
I made a call because I told that they would help with my homelessness and they were just straight out rude. The staff is rude. They shouldn’t even be working for Catholic charities. Isn’t the Catholic Church already under fire enough for them to hire root staff? It just makes him look terrible
Suggested solution:
Fire all the staff and get new stuff that knows how to handle public
