My complaint:
A shelter is hard enough! Caseworker at the Voice of Hope Shelter made us feel less than human the respect of myself and my babies were violated.weelt like my caseworker was a stalker more than someone to help us..She stays in our lives and acts like if we don’t kiss her behind we homeless again she thinks it’s her Shelter and not Catholic Charities she calls asking for information about us from others she wants to be big wig she is only there to help us with housing it’s creepy we were kicked out the shelter she invades personal space she stalks our social media she likes to make us think she is God and we have to tell her things that are private . We homeless we need a home that’s it not a creepy master that act like she’s God ..Shelter is horrible
