My complaint:
I made a call to Catholic Charities on October the 2nd 2023 around 1:30 on p.m. and I was explaining to the person on the phone my situation I have a Housing Voucher my husband has cancer we are both seniors we are both 70 years old and older the lady was very rude and the number I called.
She would not give me her name she would not tell me who her Supervisor was but I was very upset the way she spoke to me and she would not give me any information that she did not help me it
Suggested solution:
I would like to call back in an apology
