My complaint:
I have requested self exclusion since 3rd may through live chat and emails as been advised to. I sent several emails on 3rd, 14th, 18th, 29th May. All of them have been ignored. I was still able to deposit. As a casino part of responsible gaming like stated on the website you shouldn’t be ignoring self exclusion request and take advantage of vulnerable players that are trying to solve their gaming addiction

I am asking for my last deposits back €800
