My complaint:
I was involved in a romance scam back in 2019. I lost 5,500.00 through this app and sent all proof through the state’s attorney general’s office and this pos company blamed me the victim. I disputed with my bank multiple times with this company and tgey still refused and still blamed me the victim. They have no fraud protection for consumers who use their service. Once you send money they won’t send back and they take 3 days or more to respond and miney is already gone and they refuse to do anything about it. They blame the victim and will not take any responsibility

I want the money back that they refused to give me after I sent all proof I was scammed
