My complaint:
I joined the casino after recieving An email . I deposited €30 but couldn’t play any games , I spoke to an advisor and was told the games would not work on an Apple device which is all I have access to . Nowhere on the site does it state that it is not compatible with Apple . I requested a refund of my deposit on 22nd September and still haven’t recieved it .i have tried 100s of times via live chat , email and telephone with no joy . Live chat just tell me to email I have not recieved one reply from numerous emails sent and I am hung up on when I phoned .
