My complaint:
I keep receiving spam emails regarding casino765. I am a UK resident and Casino765 does not have a UKGC licence to operate in UK.
Also – the affiliate spammer uses mis-spelled words to bypass email server honey-traps.
I have received hundreds of emails from the same spammer scammer regarding various casinos. The affiliate always uses the same modus operandi; in that the email headers are spoofed; there are deliberate spelling errors within the emails.
From today’s spam email are examples:
Ciaim Your Excllusive Cas1n0 Boonus, Sginup Staart to Pllay !
Seecure Truusted. L0w Waggering. Vairous Pamyent Meth0d$. 100’s of Solts G@mes.
C@shback B0nu$es. Exxciting Offeers. Liive Delaer Csainos.Faast Withdarwals.
And making it appear the recipient has sent the spam to themselves:
From: chas7@hotmail.co.uk
To:
Using fake sender email addresses and spoofing headers.
X-SID-PRA: LARS.MANSSON@S-ESLOV.NU
X-SID-Result: NONE
Suggested solution:
The affiliate should be fined, and banned from all affiliate marketing with Casino765 and all associated brand names.
More should be done to prevent the same affiliate spammers harassing people who have never subscribed to gambling domains and have repeatedly informed the companies to stop their affiliates spamming illegally.
