My complaint:
Hi
Ive opened accounts and deposited money which I’ve asked for refunds on due
to them no having a uk license.
These sites when asked also emailing stating they accpet uk players when in
face they dont have a licence.
I think it’s right I should get my deposits back due to them knowing I’m
self exlcuded and from the UK they prayed on this and kept offering me
bonuses.
I feel some of these sites blackmailed me saying I should sign contacts
also accpeting 50% also saying I’m blocked from opening any other accounts
when in fact I wasnt, i was a gambling addict and had a set back which I’ve
sorted my issue out now.
These sites should have blocked my details but they didnt and also should
take responsibility also for letting vulnerable gamblers play on their site
and like i said gave bonuses asking me to deposits more money.
When I’ve asked for my deposits back they ignore me and also I’ve asked for
a copy of their license which states they can accpet uk players also
information on games played and deposits made but they have ignored my
request and I feel legally I have right to these.
Suggested solution:
Refund on all deposits and account closed permanently
