My complaint:
hi i initiated a €700 withdrawal on the 6th June and its been showing as paid back to my visa for over 4 weeks.Ive been on live chat countless times and been lied to and all I get told is put my bank details into my profile of which I already done when I opened my account.I have sent about 8 emails and had no reply apart from when I closed my account only to be told I had to reopen the account to then put my bank details in again of which with there terms and conditions the money should be getting returned to the source of my €1000 of deposits which is my visa card.I would appreciate your help in resolving this thank
