My complaint:
I requested my account be closed over 2 weeks ago and have done about 6 times since and been in touch daily and the live chat says be patient.
.I requested closure as im am addict and self excluded on many platforms since requested closure not done i have carried on depositing over 500euros because of my addiction and it left me suicidal
Suggested solution:
close my account as requested and refund me all deposits since request made as all other casinos close straight away ir you can do it yourself
