My complaint:
On September 6 @ 2:48 pm, according to cash app. Cash App says a deposit was made to my BANK ACCOUNT.
THIS IS UNTRUE… A $80 WITHDRAWAL Was made straight from my BANK ACCOUNT. I was not notified by any means. I just opened my bank account and the $80 was there and withdrawn. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS!!!
This transaction doesn’t even show up anywhere in my Cash App notifications!
I gave emailed them multiple times and only had one response from them by an agent by the name of Aja, saying it was a deposit. Which is not true.
Suggested solution:
Return my $80 to my Bank account!!!
