My complaint:

I have tried several times to add money from my debit card linked to my checking account (How I have always added money) Every attempt comes with Transfer Failed. I have been in contact with my Bank and everything is ok on that end. Please help me fix this. This has been sent through complain biz

Suggested solution:

They need to work on the app and update it. They also need to provide a better customer support to have a live person available to help customers. Most money transfer are done because they are in need and we as customers don't have the time for the app not to work and then on top of that unable to contact someone.
