My complaint:

I am disable so a lot of my things are done online but cash app was very disrespectful calling me all kinds of racial slurs an saying how they were going to do so many things to my body an family very uncomfortable things oct 5 2020 a unauthorized transaction was taking from my account with cash app $1,200 when I noticed that I immediately called cash app support they acted concerned even called me back acting like a refund department an like they were going to give me my money back but that didn’t happen they replied in order for us to help u can u open ur screen an add the app called quick support an they mirrored my phone they then asked me to open the cash app so I thought they were helping NO they were being to steal more they lady then replies ima take off the $100 an send it to a dummy account to let u see that we can do the refund so no we’re on oct 6 an $1,300 is now out of my account an NO refund then I tried to do one more attempt I talked to a representative then they were like in order for us to add the money we have to mirror the screens not sure but wanting my money back an figuring this was yet not ok but they would no better
then me then they took an additional $500 from my bank account because both my chime an bank was listedlinked to the now this is a grand spanking $1,800 total an no refund need help.They cancelled the account on there end with the proof an my bank closed my account
