Complaint: Account locked and Deposit missing

My complaint:

I first want to say that I’ve never had an issue using this method now I’m totally disgusted with their operations perfect example my unemployment money is not missing the deposit was made but it does not show up on the cash app in the account was terminated for no freaking apparent reason I have written over seven emails to these freaking people don’t have a goddamn number to call nobody responds to you totally I’m freaking professional I wish I’ve never conducted business with these people in the first place now I’ve got to go through the whole freaking process again of having my appointment sent to a different account intern wasting my time,Had over $2000 in the account and the card kept getting declined so I had to physically pull my money out and send it to another account

Suggested solution:

Have someone that is responsible explain as to why the account was terminated and or locked for no reason.
Compensate people for the totality unprofessional way to conduct business
