My complaint:
I multiple transactions made on my cash app card that I did not authorize. They range from $93, .43 cents, and $53.00. This all occurred in one day! I have submitted an email request with proof to cash app and they have not responded or reversed the charges. I honestly believe my card was hacked at the gas station. Like most people, I am suffering from the economic misfortune of our country and the fact that cash app hasn’t done anything is disgusting. I even have purchased stock through them. I will not
Stop until I get every dime returned into my account. I will continue to call them out on every platform until this is resolved not just for me but others as well.
Suggested solution:
Return my money, develope better communication for customer service, protect our currency and follow the guidelines of the FDIC in which they are backed by via Sutton Bank.
