My complaint:

Someone was able to get into my account and remove my number and email from the account meaning I no longer have access to the account. They also requested money from all of my contacts some of which actually sent the money in thinking they were sending it to me as you can imagine this is a nightmare. I’ve emailed cash app about six times with no response! There is no number to call, No fraud department so as your money taken all you can do is wait for an email reply

Suggested solution:

First they should respond. Cash app should investigate, refund the the funds to myself and everyone who sent money to that account believing they were sending it to me.
