My complaint:

I accidentally sent cash app of 450.00 to wrong person. Ok my fault, the person never cashed it out therefore after 14 days money should return to my bank Acct. My issue is this person isn’t in my contact, activity never showed up in my activity log and the person it was sent data screen shows he never received anything from me. I have emailed cash app about it and they sent me two form letter and stated they closing investigation. I can send u all documents. The crazy thing is when I sent them another email it bounced back as undeliverable. Cash app is trying to keep my money. I think they may have created this account and had my payment sent there.

Suggested solution:

After 14 days my money should have been returned
