My complaint:

I searched online to find cash app customer service to ask how to add another debit card to my account since I was new to this. I called a 855-331-2517 and a Male answered and I thought they were verifying my account but I believe they kept my information. When they claim they were having trouble, they asked me to install a app to allow them to navigate through my phone and help me with my issue. They also had me take pictures of my I’d and a selfie which I thought it was to verify myself. I asked to speak to supervisor because they were unable to help and once I spoke with a person that said their name was Lee Parker, the call was disconnected and they called back from this number (1800) 823-9226. I told them that my money was missing from my Chime account. They said the only way to get it back was to take all of my money out of my bank account and buy a secure debit card at a CVS and add it to it. I knew it was a scam after that and called the police but the money was already removed from my account. Can you PLEASE help me get it back?
