My complaint:

I was sending money to a relative I accidentally put in wrong name however 1 min later I try to cancel payment it would not give me the option to do so then I immediately contact cash app and they act as 8f they don’t care to help me at all and at this point I feel as though cash app is helping someone steal my money instead of doing the right thing and resolving this matter this is not the 1st time cash app has had problems resolving anything government needs to take a real good look at cash app this may be the biggest scam ever

Suggested solution:

They should contact this person and and them questions the way they would if I lost my email or phone number to that I indeed know this person and meant to send them funds by asking security questions but I feel they should contact this person and make them refund my baby's money I'm a single mom I can't let $30 just slip away I have a baby cash app should ask for my details get more involved I should be able to come to them with a problem and have it resolved not walking away like I left some dope or white house or something robbed and abused cash app acts as if it is the scam and they can't help with anything
