I have had CashApp since 111618. I have only used it 7 times during this time. In 2018 I tried using the app but it declined me so I used another method. I put it off and didn’t pursue the issue at that time. In June of 2020 I attempted to use the app again and was declined again. I contacted support via email since they don’t have any live agents. I received an email notifying me that my account had been closed because either of my account history, transaction disputes, or other violations of cash terms of service. Then I contacted them a month later with a response and they said it was closed because It had been more than a week since they heard from me. But in this letter they did give me a reference number. When I resubmitted my email with the reference number they sent me the same computer generated letter about all the reason my account MAY HAVE been closed. I would like an specific reason with proof of any wrongdoing as to what they closed my account and as they stated that is final andor I would like for them to reopen my account.
With an phone call, and a non computerized explanation as to the specific reason they made to close my account and made that a final decision. To reopen my account without prejudice.
