My complaint:

There was an unauthorized transaction on my account for $150.00 dollars to an unknown recipient using cashapp. The recipient name is $allyrao and I requested my $150.00 dollar find back from the recipient because I didn’t authorized this transaction but the recipient denied my refund. I contacted Cashapp customer support through email because a phone number isn’t provided to speak to someone and was informed that they can’t cancel or refund my payment even though it was an unauthorized transaction.

Suggested solution:

Cashapp should resolve this issue by refunding my $150.00 to my cashapp account since the transaction was unauthorized. In the future, implement a better security system in the future to prevent such measures.
