Complaint: Payment says completed, but money didn’t credit

My complaint:

On June 26th, 2020, Elliott Scott attempted to send Tara Ivory-Richardson a $100 cash transaction. Although, his cash app account shows ‘Completed’, and my cash app account shows ‘Completed’, the funds were never received to my cash app balance, or to my bank account linked to my cash app portal. See attached screenshots of my bank statement reflecting all Cash App transactions from 61620 through 62620. I asked Elliott Scott to request a refund, which I attempted to approve, however, when trying to approve the refund my cash app will not allow the refund because it states that there are not enough funds to provide a refund. There are not enough funds because I never received the cash of $100 that he attempted to send me.

Suggested solution:

There are only 2 ways to resolve this;
1. Find the lost $100 from Elliott Scott's account, and actually' deposit it to my account. or,
2. Refund Elliott Scott the $100 that's lost in Cash App space.
