My complaint:
Sending and receiving money is easy on cash app. What if you paid for a type of service or product and you paid through cash app but didn’t receive the service or product ? Well you just lose your money according to cash app . I was scammed $240 by someone . First they told me their cash app so I sent them $120 . Then they said “ oh sorry I missed a letter “ but it was the same letter you just needed to add one more and boom I sent another $120 . Next day I didn’t receive my product or service and went to cash support. They said simply request the money back . Only two big major problems . What if the person keeps declining and what if the person just blocks you ? Then ur fucked right ? Well that happen to me and I’m not happy . Cash app needs to be shut down . They open their doors to many scammers due to their policies.
Suggested solution:
You guys need better communication services( phones honestly) and need to have a refund policy based on how much money you lost . You guys make plenty of money from that app . It’s time to invest some of that money for your customers and not for yourself .
