My complaint:
On 04092021 at 9 :42 pm there was an Unauthorized charge to my US Bank Debit Card Visa. I did not buy anything nor did I give my permission for a Company Called Karizma Management to take $ 48.22 out of my account. There was another Unauthorized charge from the same company for $ 9.95 on 04052021 at 12.21am.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund put back on my acct. I also want to block any company from accessing my acct thru Cash App now, in or in the future. I want to CLOSE my Cash App account Immediately.
I myself have charges that was made from my CashApp account that I didn’t authorize & I’m disputing cause I haven’t been able to use my account for over a month & a half & these charges came up right after social security deposit my check into account that I can’t access & CashApp didn’t even bother to transfer the money to my new account or return the check to social security.
