Cash App complaint: CashApp not following their own policy

My complaint:

I contacted Cash App Support on August 10th concerning charges I wanted to dispute. The recipient is refuse to give me a refund. Those transactions were on June 17th. Cash App Support claimed it was more than 60 days since the transaction but it was not.

Suggested solution:

Take responsibility for there mistakes and help me dispute those charges.
