My complaint:

I have had Microsoft and Xbox charge my Cash App card for over a year and a half. I filed numerous complaints to cash app. Microsoft advised me to contact the bank and have them stop payments. I didn’t have any account information for Microsoft to locate said account. I requested another cash card. Payments were continually being withdrawn from my Cash app card until this month of August. I am Retired , Disabled., and I live on a fixed Income. I have had to suffer financial hardships and Stress because of this . Besides , Covid. I have a Chronic Iillness . I need someone to take responsibility for finding my money and sending me a refund.

Refund refund please..Cash App keeps opening a case then closing the cash..
