My complaint:
On November 4, 2022, I had a total of 14 charges deducted on my cash app. Once I looked at my phone I immediately called the cash app. I was told by a rep that I would have to wait until the transaction was complete before I can do a dispute. Because cash app doesn’t do disputes over the phone. The transactions didn’t completed until November 8th. I disputed all charges. I just find it hilarious how they refunded all the transactions for $9.13 but denied my disputes for the charges of $44.67 same merchant and date. I did not authorize this company to take anything better yet I received a email from the company that deducted the money state Cash app is responsible for refunding my money. Cash app is a BIG SCAM . I want all my money refunded to me
