My complaint:
I have contacted Cashapp twice in the month of February and the only thing I receive is a generic response of being contacted in 24 hours. I want my money refunded back to me due to a transaction that didn’t go through. I had to resend the payment. CashApp never contacted me regarding the inital contact about the October 23rd 2019 transaction.
Suggested solution:
Just refund my $35.00
