My complaint:
A woman named Nikia Ann Patterson texted me her government id. I was inquiring about a rental property and they were out of state with the military. The rent was 600$ month with 400$ security deposit. She sent me an application and I emailed it back to her. She said I got it and asked that I cashapp the 600$ to her. I did not like it but I could only get 400$ to her and asked if I could inspect the the place first before I gave her the rest of the money. She would not budge. So now I am still waiting for my 400$.
Suggested solution:
They should contact this woman and charge her with some kind of crime and return my 400$
