My complaint:
I recieved a payment of 170 dollars and they wont give me my money they keep saying they already sent it and my bank statements do not lie I haven’t gotten it, sadly bank of america cant do anything because it’s a third party and I have sent them several complaints and they refuse to do anything about it.
Suggested solution:
By actually sending me the 170 dollars that a family member went to me
