Complaint: Missing refunded mo day to closed account

My complaint:

I had a refund issued from Target.com for $191.65 that was sent to my previous debt card (which I still physically have). The account is closed and now I have no refund and CashApp won’t look into it or transfer my refund into my current account. They should refund my money into my new account!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

CashApp should go into my closed account and get the refund money to me into my new and current account or reinstate my old account so I have access it it! OR transfer it to the linked card I had attached to that account
