My complaint:
I cash app a deposit in Jan 2021 for photography for a wedding in July 2021. The guy will not respond to my request nor my coordinators request. I have the receipt made on cash app, I attached his information so no one else falls prey to him.
Suggested solution:
Looking at your account I would like to share with you the following information for this $250.00 payment made on 12221 at 6:04 pm CST. Our Terms of Service require you to contact us no later than 60 days after a transaction is visible in your account history. Since this period has passed, we can't accept the claim.
I received the message above after attempting to explain this was a deposit for wedding photos for July 2021.
