My complaint:
I no longer have access to my debit card.. And for 3days now I’ve went through the whole process literally from sunrise ti sunset answering the same questions and providing the same verification for the past 3days now! Even provided a picture of my state id front and back, including a picture of me holding my state id.. But all they do is send me another email from another support member asking me to submit and taking me through the same steps and asking for the same exact info over and over and i do it, and than another support member email me asking the same crap, so i start copying and pasting the last step i’d be on with whatever support member im conversing with at that moment so i wont be taken through the same CRAP again.. Now understand my frustration so i go off and this Support member named Robbie tells me if we’re going to help you watch your language, but what i DONT get is how they expect someone not to be pissed when all they do is emal the same exact CRAP! For the past 3days I’ve been sending in to them the same info.. But im not supposed to be irritated about them not doing their job?? Now they saying they cant give me access to my account for security reasons and that they can not override the decision now! What security reasons? Oh the security reason from me hurting Lil ROBBIE’S FEELINGS BECAUSE IM FED UP AND WANT MY MONEY!!! THAT SECURITY REASON???!!! CAUSE THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT’S ITS ABOUT..
Suggested solution:
I had made a similar account to the account i cannot access.. $Keepit10052 is the account i cant access, and $Keepit100522 is the account i made with the exact same email i used for my original account.. You have to make a second account in order to get in contact with them, but how they should resolve it is if they're NOT going to help me with my old account, than they need to transfer my remaining balance of $20 into my new account..
