My complaint:

My son had a transaction wa private seller and saw that it went to the wrong person. I requested a refund and they ghosted me! They did not reply but took my money.

Suggested solution:

Refunding my sons money, also bc of the popularity of using these apps it should have a secure option for transactions-such as delay in payment until services completed or product is in hand.
And release of funds once that is done.
