Cash App complaint: They took my money

My complaint:

Last Friday 527, I sent money to my mother through cash app. I sent her $50 and then I went right back and sent her another $10. She accepted the money through the app and her bank never received the money. Then I went on the app and tried to request a refund and they gave me message back that they were sending a request to my mother for the money back. They never gave her the money so how could she return it. That money was for my mom to get groceries and they kept it , her bank said there was no money deposited.

Suggested solution:

They need to either make sure my mother gets the money pronto! Or they need to refund my money
