My complaint:
Over a week ago, I sold a laptop though cash app and sent the computer out for one day shipping. Out of my pocket. Sent ation and never received payment. $1200 was waiting for me while I needed a business account. He sent over another $1300 to make 2500 for business. Well never got the money. They charged the guy $1300 again. Then saying I needed to refund him his 1300 while I never received a payment. Sent over $1300 back in iTunes gift cards. Another week goes by and now they are holding a total of $3900 from both me and the receiver of product. My rent is late and I have no money or computer now. Cash app really screwed me over and has not responded to one of my complaints or emails.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money or take it to legal matters if I lose my house due to them holding almost $4,000 dollars from me.
