My complaint:
I sent $900 dollars to my friends and it happened to be an old account that they no longer has access to. I spoke to cash app so they could resolve the problem and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me on my end but my friend who account it is can contact them so they can help them get into the old account. After numerous email attempts they finally emailed my friend back saying they can’t help him for security purposes which is bullshit. Cash app is a scam and they love when ppl make mistakes on sending money because they always find a reason to deny everyone a refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $900 or simply send the 900 to the correct account.
