My complaint:

Cash App allowed an unknown user to access my account for $150. There was no exchange for goods and I did not know this individual who received the money. When I reached out to customer service, the only answer I received was to ask the individual for the money to be returned. Unfortunately, the other party never responded and I lost $150. Cash App did nothing to resolve my issue and offered absolutely zero support!

They should be able to remove the scammerindividual or remove the monetary funds from their account.
