Cash App complaint: HOLDING CASH – WONT ENABLE CARD OR RESPOND

My complaint:

For more than 9 days I have been trying to get this small $30 off this card. My card is disabled and every time I enable it, it disables itself immediately. I try to cash out the balance to my bank and it says I have no money,

I have sent an email every single day and got one canned response stating they’re having connection issues. I have sent a message every day since with no response what so ever.

According to their status page every thing is working and GOOD TO GO yet again I cannot make the withdrawal.

Suggested solution:

I just want my cash and they can close this account. Hiding without a phone number or any responsibility is shady when peoples money is involved.
