My complaint:
Had money sent to our class reunion cash app but the money is not showing up. They said they need to merge the my account with the school account since it have the same information, but then they said they can’t discuss this account with me for security reasons and they are both my accounts. They are holding all they money that have been paid into this account. They are refusing to refund it back to the patrons or deposit it into the account
Suggested solution:
Merge the two accounts so the money can show up in the account or refund it back to the person's who sent it
