My complaint:

My account has been closed by someone. I had over $1000 on my account. I’ve tried contacting support 7 times to get this resolved because I have bills and children, so I need my money. But, they aren’t helpful at all. Tried to merge my accounts and they told me they couldn’t do that because of “security reasons”

Somehow merge my accounts so I can have access to my money or send me my money from my old account
