Cash App complaint: They charge my balance without any information!

My complaint:

I checked my balance yesterday, I saw my balance deceased $200 without notification.
I asked them, they said it’s refunding to sender and that’s all information they can provide.
I provided all transaction related information and the sender never requested refund.
They said I should let sender contact their bank.
And then they closed the case.

Suggested solution:

Get my money back!
