My complaint:

On Nov 1, 2020 I sent the payment to the wrong person $80. I keep emailing cashapp that is was a mistake and to please cancel or refund my money back to my account. It was pending for almost 8 days until the wrong person decided to cash my money out. I have email the company everyday even until now. Every representative it sending me the same message. I have provided my email address and my cell phone number a supervisor could contact me. They fail to respond to me. Cash App it’s at fault I reported to them ahead of time. We all are human we are not perfect. The mistake could of been done ahead of time. Cash app refused to fix the problem.
I do have the proof of the conversation stating it was sent to the wrong person. Amanda is very aware of this. Cashapp has plenty of refund my money back and they failed to do so.
