My complaint:
I paid someone with cash app that turned out to be a scam I requested a refund and they refused so they stole my money for something I never received and I have the entire transaction recorded along with text he said he was not going to refund my money
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund from this scammer Ryan Cheshire total of $39
