My complaint:

I made a payment and it was rejected. I’m very frustrated as you do not have phone customer support. This app has made me furious and probably be the only time I use it. Your unprofessionalism shows with no phone customer service. Give me my dang refund or make that payment go through please

Suggested solution:

Look into this immediately and resolve the issue. Customer support couid swiftly resolve in a minute or 2
